love your hair, try as far as possible not to subject your hair to harsh chemical treatments, frequent hair coloring, ironing,perming,straightening products. see to it that u use natural or herbal hair care products. go in for deep conditioning atleast once a week. massage your scalp well,it increases the blood circulation and triggers hair growth. also trim off split ends if you have any. see to it that u oil your hair before taking steam baths. and yes even small things like gently combing your hair matter a lot. reduce tea,coffee intake,it helps and ofcourse good nutritional diet is a must. include lots of fresh fruits,vegetables and if u have hair loss problem start taking vitamin supplements.

do not use brush to remove the tangles in your hair specially when wet 'cause hair is not that strong when wet.. use wide tooth combs.. do not use metal combs or brush.. it can damage scalp and roots of the hair but if you're comfortable in using it.. use it lightly, have your hair be cut every 6 months for it to grow beautifully, use variety of shampoo for your hair to absorb different nutrients.. shampoo your scalp and hair roots only then use conditioner for your hair.. if you have damaged hair.. let it be cut to stop the damage.. and also do not use cold or warm water.. lukewarm is the best..
