Just keep it trimmed. not trimmed trimmed but about one a month go in to get it cut and the hair will grow faster. Not too much cut off though maybe about half an inch to an inch. There really is no way to stop split ends that I know of. Good luck

Well, for starters, don't dye your hair. This is the worst thing you can do to damage hair. Limit you use of hot curling irons and flat irons. Always use a good conditioner after washing.
