If you want best results that last longer, you'll have to do it from the inside out by eating healthier and taking a multi-vitamin if needed.

If you want quick results that wash out everyday, then try Pantene. Btw, contrary to popular belief...it's only bad for your hair if you get the wrong kind for your hair type, this goes the same for any other brand of shampoo and conditioner. If you have dry hair, Pantene Complete Moisture works really good. My mom uses it, and although she has oily skin and hair, she only uses the conditioner at her ends...her hair is very long and colored so it's quite dry at the ends and the Pantene works wonders on her and makes it shiny. As for body...you can try any shampoo in the world. Most of the ones that say they add body or volume are really just adding build up. This makes each strand of your hair APPEAR to be thicker because there is build up on it. You can try blowdrying your hair upside down, but I've never had this work for me. I broke and got a perm instead.

Cut down on the number of times you shampoo - it strips away the natural oils. Use baby oil (mineral oil) as often as you can on your hair.

Get a cut that is suitable for you, the shape of your face and your hair. Any reputable hair stylist would know this. DON'T settle for the first suggestion. Secondly, make sure you wash your hair every day, unless it's dry hair (then condition a lot). There are also some products which do not weigh down your hair which can add some shine. I use some all the time. Also, when styling, use a bit of mousse (not gel) and scrunch it up. When I say the scrunch look is beautiful, trust me!!! My man, a barber, does this to me all the time and my hair gets complimented on everyday.
