dita von teese...nice! loose curls will do the trick, however she does have a very 1920s class about her. i garuntee you there is a lot of hairspray involved, that hair isnt going ANYWHERE. a hair stylest may be able to best help you. if you bring them the picture they can tell you how to best acheive that look.

PUT UR HAIR IN ROLLERS AND LEAVE IT LIKE THAT FOR SOME HOURS THEN AFTER U TAKE THEM OUT COMB/BRUSH OUT UR CURLS TILL ITS WAVY.

big hot rollers put moose or something to help the curl hold before you hot roll it. after you remove the rollers dont brush your hair. or you can use a hair dryer with a round twirling brush on it
