long hair comes by not cutting it, but each person has a certain length that their hair will grow to and no longer. mine is waist length buti have friends whose hair stops growing at shoulder length. you need to have a nutritious diet, lots of oils and oily things like fish and nuts and seeds, olive oil and take zinc.

1. wet your hair

2. apply a good conditioner

3. put a shower cap over it

4. let it sit for about 10 minutes

5. rinse your hair

6. style it the way you want.

leave conditioner on for a longer time than you normally do and may be apply serum and hair cream

I'm a rugged bloke grrrr - but i grew my hair long and had the same problem.

I used Frizz ease serum. Apply a little bit, no larger than the fingernail of your little finger, whilst showing in the evening.

Only thing is you'll have to sleep with a hairnet on which may make you look a bit like Nora Batty but you'll have pretty straight hair the next day

You should probably use a deep conditioner or mayonaise because it will condition ur hair to make it smoother. To grow out ur hair u should work on ur diet to include iron but not too much or else it will bunch up.
