Have you tried a volumizing mousse? They work pretty well and sort of acts like a "gel" to smooth hair out so they don't stick out like flyaways. Not sure about how well mousses works on frizzy hair, but try it!

You might want to try volumizing mousse, or Pantene Vive Volume shampoo, but i also heard that if you perm it or do braids at night, it gives you the result of volumized hair (after the curls go away)
