I use Garnier Fructis "Smoothing Milk" My hair is naturally curly and frizzes a lot. This stuff works the best that I have found for everyday use because it doesn't weigh my hair down or build up.

You might also try a leave-in conditioner. I use Nexxus Humectress. My sister-in-law swears by Infusium

Shave your head. But seriously, cut your hair to a real cute short style. It will be easier to handle.

I use. Maxiglide by maxius. It works. I look like I came out of the salon. You don't need any chemicals. They also sell a solution Beyond Straight for humid weather or if you go to the gym; you hair won't frizz up. I don't use their shiny silk the End solution because it is too oily for my hair. I buy Biosilk Therapy. Most salons and a few stores sells this products. Plus it smells great.
